This is nothing new as it surfaced in July 2021 and was primarily targeted attacks on known entities!  Lesser mortals like us are not at risk and a security patch has already been released.

Well, there are mortals who perhaps didn’t get the information that you have ... My devices, at that time, had not yet given me the alert when I read the news, so that is why I simply give the warning.????

I no longer have apple products but I heard apple is changing something perhaps track and trace? Many users in US not upgrading, could be added with patch?

Maybe you are correct, personally I am more concerned with banking security, than a track and trace, just as the article warns ????
