If the results are significantly worse than the package you pay for, you can ring 3BB. But as already written: some more details, concrete examples would be helpful. Where I live outside Banphai 50km south of Khon Kaen I often have to switch browsers if I am watching a TV series online around 9pm. I try to download tv series ( mainly UK ) to watch in the evening but, this is getting harder and harder with restrictive practices by Youtube and Google. Even Dailymotion is not as easy as before. I have always found them very helpful. They can do some tests from their end, or arrange a technician to visit. Big wind and rains can sometimes cause problems with the external equipment and cables.
