Naew Na reported that the Chonburi provincial police under the leadership of deputy commander Pol Col Atthasit Kitjahan arrested two men in Saemsan sub-district of Sattahip on Tuesday.

 

Assistant "phu yai baan" (a local official) Danuphol or "Bell", 31, and Pornthep or "Norm", 35, were presented with warrants for their arrest.

 

The warrants relate to the trade abroad in illegal, untaxed weapons and a host of other weapons charges against the two men.

 

A total of 48 guns were seized that were pictured being transported by the police and at a press conference that resembled an armory.

The Sattahip police station is a den of iniquity full of lazy incompetents; no wonder another force entered the fray.

That will depend on the ''do you know who they are''  in the buying and selling questioning. Mmm; Guns, Sattahip, Navy base.  ehm. and up the road a tad the RTAF. But neither of them could possibly be involved could they. Nah they're all so squeaky clean with no corruption init.

They actually  look like the real thing this time...2 recent stories about "huge hauls" of illegal guns where most if not all where BB/airsoft guns !
