September 15, 20214 yr This seller on Shopee is selling new, expensive electronics at a ridiculously low price. This ipad is normally 26,000 baht.. The thing is they accept COD.. would I be able to open the box, open the other box to check the product, and refuse if it's fake (or a box of phonebooks or rocks)?
