I am thinking about getting into crypto and worry about the eye are s auditing me -- even if everything is declared. I don't want the trouble to have to either go back home or make calls to them. Crazy Noobie Posted September 16, 2021 Share Posted September 16, 2021 I have been buying & selling crypto currencies for over five years now and have never been audited for any reason at all. At the end of the year, since I do so much investing in the stock market & cryptocurrency that I have a Tax Preparer do my taxes.
