Effective 1 November 2021, your selling fees will attract Thailand VAT. The VAT will apply to all fees paid by eBay sellers with a registered address in Thailand

Will this be seven percent, same as on import ? ?

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
