Not necessary in Nakhon Phanom as some Hospital Staff have foreign partners. Word of of mouth will always work. May I add to the OP that our local staff have also been fantastic on my 4 visits to the local vaccinating centre. I had my 2 and went with the wife for hers. The village volunteers were also very kind and efficient.
