Non o visa Bangkok reopen

Can anyone verify that once Bangkok which from I am reading will allow soon 7 day get out of hotel but stay in Bangkok city. Will a ASQ hotel still be required for the 7 days that are required I am asking because if you are allowed to go freely where you want to go. You would not an ASQ package would you?

If fully vaccinated the quarantine period in a ASQ is only 7 days now. You can go anywhere after doing the 7 days. See this infographic.
