Do they freeze the entire bank balance, or just the amount that the letter to Immigrations covers? i.e. If you need B800k for a retirement extension, and your bank balance is B950k, can you still withdraw up to B150K? Or, is the entire B950k tied up? -

Looting, also known as pillaging, is a war crime under international law. It is defined as the unlawful and wanton seizure of property during armed conflict, regardless of whether it is public or private, and whether it belongs to the enemy, civilians, or even the wounded, sick, or dead.
