I have looked online, but as normal struggled to find conclusive information 

 

what are the requirements for my Thai family to come to the Phuket sandbox by air from Bangkok. I believe you can do this

This article is about entry by road at the checkpoint, however the same conditions apply for airport arrivals.

Not that I'm aware of.   Guessing that if they quality to get into Phuket, return to Bangkok shouldn't be a problem (possibly a new negative test could be required).
