Has anyone recently received a vaccination passport for travel? The documentation is generally fine, as is making an appointment on line. My one concern is that you need to have proof of travel (I presume like an electronic ticket). Does anyone know whether they actually put the dates of travel on the document at all? Obviously in the current situation with everything very fluid, i could get the passport using an electronic ticket as proof of travel and then subsequently then change my travel itinary? Does that matter or does it not actually list travel dates on the passport, its just a document needed for unknown purposes? I dont want to get the passport and then change travel plans and have to keep going back when dates change.

And it might be useful/needed/compulsory to enter some premises.
