What is the best way to find re-sale properties in Phuket? Have trudged round a load of property websites online but get the feeling that most of them concentrate on "new developments". Don't suppose there is any website or source that specialises in re-sales? Any ideas?

Check out the phuketgazette online classifieds as there are a lot of resales homes listed.

Drive around areas you like and look for "for sale' signs. It is eaven better if they are written in Thai. We have found many that way. Also, while you are stopped and looking a neighbour will come out and tell you about a couple more

Go to Kasikorn or Krungthai bank and ask for a list of re-sale properties, they have lors....:-)
