MichaelJohn
I have a Non-Imm O issued in the UK valid for 90 days based on marriage (in Thailand) to a Thai national. I've previously had many extensions based on Retirement but have been in the UK for the last 20 months so everything's expired. Can you please update me with what's required to extend the Visa obtained in the UK; I don't need a 12 month marriage extension just a 60 day extension if that's possible? I presume TM7, passport, photo, Wedding Cert etc but do I need seasoned money for a 60 day extension? Many thanks, Michael
ubonjoe
For a 60 day extension to visit your wife you will need copies of your marriage certificate and possibley a recent printout of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry from a Amphoe. Copies her ID card and house book registry. You wife will need to be with you when your apply. No need for any financial proof. Copies of your passport photo page, visa, arrival stamp and TM6 departure card.
