smartecosse
Anyone got any suggestions for the above?
monty
Not sure I get this one correct! The Cat aircard can only be used in a laptop with a PCMCIA slot, so I don't really see where the router comes into play!
smartecosse
you get mobile routers linksys do one for the aircard but was just wondering if anyone had experience of it or others
monty
Aaaah, learned something again today Really didn't know such a thing existed! At first glance it seems that these routers only work with a few aircards, what with drivers etc... Not sure they sell them in Thailand, although CAT seems to use the Sierra wireless aircards, who normally are pretty widely supported (think they are the biggest manufacturer, with lots of rebranded cards actually made by them)... Do post if you find something over here!
joka
I don't think these routers are available in Thailand. You can do a search for EVDO routers to see what is available elsewhere in the world.

Available in Bangkok at SurfnShop - Kyocera KR1 Mobile router - the Sierra Wireless card plugs directly in to the router - nice solution!

Price in Thailand: 7,500 Baht
RKASA
Wow that is cool. I didn't know they had those, simple, but I hope the price drops for those that need or want it.
