Input needed from fat people

What's up?

So, I mentioned a few times my stomach grew considerable amount during covid. However I noticed the fat is asymmetrical. I am fatter on my right side of stomach it looks really funny. I read many things on the internet that it freaked me out. So much so that I'll be booking abdomen CT scan soon.

Meanwhile I'm looking for some reassurances from fatties. Is this normal? I only have back pain and I'm thinking it might be liver or maybe there's something wrong with my spine hence the fat imbalance.

Help!

Abdominal ultrasound (full) should be part of your yearly health check up.  I get it done every year or so, as part of my full body check up.  Probably 15 done in the 20 yrs here.

Too simply, too cheap ... catch s h i t before it's a problem.   Thought that common sense.  Some of the cheapest healthcare in the world and people don't take advantage of it ... oh well.

Must be American. Not one of the cheapest by far.

Cheaper than flying back to the UK / EU and Q'ing up for a full yearly check there.  How long & how much would that cost (flights)

I stay for 2 reasons (aside from family now) ... no RE Taxes, and accessible healthcare, which just happens to be inexpensive.

If I want something done, gets done that day or next, if not major surgery, that might take a couple days ????

Go back home and make an appointment with you GP ...  who might refer you to a specialist, and then Q'up for whenever.  It might be almost free (not - high taxes @ UK / EU), but will it be accessible in a timely manner, if not life threatening, or even if.

PLEASE ...

Or I could fly back to Serbia where a CT scan is 3000-4000 baht compared to 20,000 (starting price) in Thailand.

Also I always received the best healthcare in Canada. My mom just got appointment for nuclear scan after 1 month wait.

I've been a bit bulgier on the left than the right of my stomach for the last 35 years.

Entirely normal IMHO .......... same as many women having one breast bigger than the other.

This might apply to the odd set of testicles as well.....
