I booked an appointment online at the DDC site to collect some time ago and was given 6th November at 1530.

 

1. No mention of where.

2. I need to re-upload my vaccine certificate as I have had a 3rd shot since booking.

3. I've lost my username and password.

4. 1422 helpline is a joke. Never answers.

5. How to contact them? I can't even find a phone number for them.

 

I went to the Na Klua office in Pattaya to rebook but their booking system is closed til the 8th.

 

Maybe just wait til the booking date has passed and start again.
