Over the previous 24 hours, 5,540 tests were completed around the nation, with 945 new cases verified, according to the National Taskforce for Covid-19 Prevention and Control. Across the country, there were 942 cases of community spread and three imported cases. New Deaths A 67-year-old woman died in hospital yesterday evening in Donekuad Village, Viengkham District, Vientiane Province. She had been diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. She had not received the Covid-19 vaccine. A 99-year-old woman died in hospital on Tuesday in Phonkoung Village, Pakse City, Champasack Province. She had high blood pressure and diabetes. She'd only gotten one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
