Had an online consultation with my GP in the UK, which is all I would have had if actually there. He recommended I see a rheumatologist but can't seem to find one on the hospital sites, maybe it comes under some other description?

No it should come under rhematology but depending on the hospital this might be a sub heading under internal medecine.
