It's true that there are more upscale condo projects, more upscale restaurants, etc. So when they say top ten most expensive "for luxury living" I can believe that. Fortunately there are other places to live, and reasonably priced places for eating and entertainment. But like everywhere else on the planet even those places are getting more expensive.
