The site is geared and optimised more toward optimal layout on a PC, but of course can be biewed on a wide variety of screen sizes/devices. I tried it out with that browser on my Android phone Pixel just now and did not get that monstrous ad. Don't know why, perhaps because there is some antivirus and malware protection installed.
