November 23, 20214 yr I picked up this vegetable by mistake yesterday. I meant to buy Bok Choy. Could someone please tell me what is it, and how I should cook it? I don't like wasting food, but it doesn't look very edible to me.
November 23, 20214 yr Pak kanar aka Chinese broccoli. Excellent steamed and served with oyster sauce or stir fried with Moo grob.
