Popular Post fdsa
- you "may" but you "can not". If you are muted/banned the topic title message appears on every "acknowledge the warning" page, but you can not actually send private messages until your mute/ban expires. 1
Puccini
"...or email support (at) ASEANNOW.com..." Does sending an email not work?
fdsa
Sure it would work, but the phrase should be changed to "You may send an email to support (at) ASEANNOW.com to discuss moderation policy."
RafPinto
You may?? I did this before but never any reply. Some mods here are very friendly and participate in discussions and even are funny. Other just appear to ban you for no reason. Ups..... probably gained myself another holiday

metisdead
As stated in the OP: If you are muted/banned the topic title message appears on every "acknowledge the warning" page, but you can not actually send private messages until your mute/ban expires. That is correct, when a member is suspended from posting, the use of the PM is disabled to prevent the suspended member from sending abusive messages to other members. Even though this is posted in the Forum Support Desk, this topic is in violation of the following forum rule: 10) Do not comment on moderation publicly in the open forum; this includes individual actions, and specific or general policies and issues. This also includes posting a negative emoticon in response to a public notice made by a moderator. You may send a PM to a moderator to discuss individual actions or email support (at) ASEANNOW.com to discuss moderation policy. //Closed//
