Featured Replies

In pursuit of improving the health and living conditions of Khmer Rouge survivors, USAID Cambodia announced lately an additional $5 million grant for (Advancing the Rights and Improving the Conditions of the Health of Khmer Rouge Survivors) Project that will be managed by the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam).

The additional grant brings the activity’s total value to $6.5 million, which will help provide access for Khmer Rouge genocide survivors to health care, facilitate the documentation of their health conditions and concerns and improve their socio-economic conditions, as a contribution to heal what they have experienced during the Khmer Rouge Regime period.

Cham Muslims also suffered terribly during the genocide and would have been completely wiped out were if not for the overthrow of Khmer Rouge in 1979. Many now live in abject poverty.

How much money did American munitions manufacturers make out of carpet bombing Cambodia?

Very common for this kind of reparation. Wait 45 years until they're sucking their last breath and say, "This is for you to have a better life".
