Best insurance for Thailand Pass - some hospitals not accepting asymptomatic insurance cover

I'm returning to the Land of Smiles after 18 months away, and staying at the Park Plaza hotel in Asoke on their test and go Thailand Pass package. 

The hotel has informed me that insurance from the following companies are NOT accepted by their partner hospital, Piyavate as they do not cover expenses in case of a positive Covid test:

TATA AIG
Pacific Cross
Well be Insurance
WrLife

I was thinking of buying an Axa policy anyway, as it seems better than TuneProtect, which is most commonly recommended.

Any thoughts on the best cover to get? Appreciated.
