I'm in KK and have had 2 jabs of AZ and wouldn't mind getting one of those vaccine passports, the one with the 50Bt fee, so has anyone got it in KK, if so some details please.

Vaccine Passport application on Wednesdays only,collect 7 days later,50 Bhat.  Copy of Passport, Yellow Housebook ((if you have one)  Vaccination Certificate.

    When I got my second vaccination at KK Central, I was told that the passport is available from Srinkarind Hospital. Records Office, I think.
