I want to fly to Phuket via Pattaya or Bangkok. My wife and I are fully vaccinated with Pfizer. Are there special conditions or can I just book tickets and a hotel?

Proof of full vaccination is all that's required.   Many flights from/to BKK at the moment, not so from U-Tapao.
