Photo by VnExpress/Xuan Ngoc Rising floods in central Vietnam have left at least 11 people dead and five others missing, inundating tens of thousands of houses and forcing thousands to be evacuated. Among the dead victims, seven were in Phu Yen Province, three in Binh Dinh and one in Kon Tum. Five people including two children were missing in Phu Yen after being swept away by floodwaters. Around 60,000 houses in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen were flooded, according to the National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue.
