I am having difficulty with obtaining the Thailand Pass. I booked an SHA+ Hotel and also the PCR Test on arrival at Phuket. However I received notification that my application wasn't approved as my hotel booking did not show that includes the PCR Test. Can anyone advise which hotels in Patong area are offering this service as none of them show this on either booking.com or agoda? Thanks for your assistance in advance - I should be arriving in Thailand on the 10th Dec so slightly frustrated.

I had the exact same problem and a refusal, because Landmark had told me to pay the PCR on arrival!

 

I contacted the Landmark by phone. They issued a link to my email to pay the PCR test. I paid and they sent be a revised booking stating everything had been paid.

 

I sent off to Thailand Pass and got approval the same day.
