Mike, you are 100% spot on! When my son was entering high school, he asked me about approaching girls. He was thin, athletic, and top of his class. I told him that girls do not know you're interested unless you let them know. I told him about by Miss, Miss, Hit Theory, if you keep going, the odds are for you that one is going to hold on ... a solid hit. I gave him a few simple lines to use, too ... if they say No, tell them you were hoping they'd use a bigger word like Yes ... most will give even a small smile and you're in! Just make them smile and a laugh!
