Every country you want to travel to has it's own requirements re vaccines /PCR tests, same as Thailand. Do your own research.

The pandemic may someday be declared over but testing and vaccination will be required for many many years. How long have you been removing your shoes?

To certain destinations It IS possible to exit Thailand without vaccination and tests. To return you would need to coordination to l ASQ hotel for full lock-down of maximum days that does RT-PCR tests via saliva. Never heard of it in Thailand, except for some clinic in BKK.

Why not endure a second of discomfort of a swab and take the  vaccine? What are you going to do when vaccination is required to get an extension or do you have a Thai passport?

At the present time everyone who has entered Thailand needs to take a PCR test.

This includes Thai citizens.

If you do not wish to be PCR tested then you will have to wait to re-enter Thailand until a time when the Thai government relaxes the testing requirements.
