Hi, 

I'm renting a new condo and the electric bill is straight from PEA. I saw the owner pay via his (Kasikorn) via mobile bank via an easy scan. I've tried via my Bangkok Bank in different ways (scan, etc.) and I can't figure it out. Any step-by-step help would be appreciated. Bless! 

Download the PEA app

Add the House/Bill via the Scan function to the app

When there is a Bill to add just click pay now and you can pay via Bangkok Bank, which does not go through the Bangkok Bank app but through the Bangkok Bank webportal

 

In the app you can also pay via other means like Credit Card etc etc

 

I have in the PEA app, our House, Our Old House and our BIL's house and pay them all via Bangkok Bank

Edit: I just checked an OLD paper PEA Bill from us and all the barcodes and qr codes on there give an "Invalid" when scanned with the Bangkok Bank App scanner
