Which autioimmune disease?

And is a cost a concern? Private hospital OK or not?

Cost is not an issue, private hospital also OK.

Suspected guillain barre syndrome and vaccination triggered autoimmune issues.

Very well qulaified and reported to be patient and a good listener

Guillain-Barre syndrome is extremely unlikely  and a person with it would usually end up in an ICU rather fast.  Various symptoms related to immune system response/over response are fairly common after vaccination however. Most are self-limiting.

It can also happen that an underlying pre-existing autoimmune disease, which may have been in remission or at sub-clinical levels, flairs up in response to vaccination. (Which is not a reason to not vaccinate - people with autoimmune conditions are at elevated risk of severe disease if they get COVID). This too will usually resolve on its own with time.
