I need to get a thai background check and fingerprinted for a USA background check too. I've done both these at the Royal Thai Police HQ lately pre-covid. Website is here: https://pcscenter.sbpolice.go.th/en No info on it about entry requirements. I suggest you go prepared to show a you have been vaccinated and or a ATK test.
