She's a tiny weak woman not a gang of violent criminals. Pathetic overkill. Not overkill and definitely not pathetic. It's normal for a number of officers who are involved in an investigation to participate in an associated arrest (if only from the point of view of it being witnessed). It would be more than odd if just one was sent to make the arrest.

How could you know that to be fact and, if you do, why did his alleged visits stop in 2017? Plenty of sources available for this information, Wikipedia has several. On 28 April 2017 the criminal court approved an arrest warrant for Vorayuth, however he had already fled to Singapore, where he abandoned his private jet. Interpol confirmed that Vorayuth left Singapore on 27 April. Thai police requested that his Thai passport be cancelled and this was done in early May 2017. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Wichian_Klanprasert

Anyone can make/contribute to a Wiki page! If you're going to post a link to "support" your assertions it's always best to read it first then I don't have to point out to you that Wiki claims that that he no longer faces any charges as all charges against him were dropped in 2020. That is, of course, absolute nonsense, he is still facing charges and will do until, I believe, 2027. The Wiki article does not even touch on Vorayuth's alleged "frequent visits to Thailand" that you claim as fact. If there are so many sources that confirm his visits to Thailand since the warrants have been issued why not link to them? I suggest that you read those sources' reports. Neither BBC, Reuters, Al Jazeera nor ABC confirm empirically that Vorayuth has been a frequent visitor to Thailand since the warrants were issued. It would be interesting to read just one link that categorically confirms that he has been here frequently since he's been on the run?
