Bluebell Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Thanks for the info re brand name BambinA! Also been searching for soy flour in Samui with no luck. Anyone know if can get this or any other brand here? Have tried Lotus, Topps and a few local grocery stores.
BambinA Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Actaully, Thai people call "soy flour",roasted soybeans that have been ground into a fine powder" as นมถั่วเหลืองผง (Nom Thau leaung phong) - SOYA MILK POWDER I think you guys have to check it in Milk section in a supermarket .
