Online hotel reservation company, www.agoda.com, is now expanding and we are looking for expat who is interested in E-business and challenging job. Now we are finding the qualified candidates to fill in Customer Experienced Specialist position. Please kindly see detail as below.

Job Description:

The Customer Experience Specialist will initiate and drive efforts to gather more knowledge on how to improve the experience of our customers with our websites and hotel bookings made with our company, and share this knowledge within the company. The ideal candidate is perfectionist and always looking for ways to solve customer problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review and QA company websites and reservation emails for customer

experience issues

- Organize and moderate in-house and outsourced usability testing

- Assist with the production of new design requirements and concepts for new versions of websites

- Liaise with supervisor regarding requirements for assigned projects

Qualifications:

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required

• Must have excellent English skills

• Highly organized with an eye for design

• Knowledge of website usability issues and project management preferred

• Able to manage multiple projects at once
