Has anyone recently renewed their Thai drivers license in Roi Et?

I did mine recently in Chiang Rai, can't see how the requirements would be any different.

Can't remember anything too onerous other than having to see an eye doctor to prove that I had some eyesight, that was 500 baht for a 10 minute consultation. They put some kind of mark on ur driving licence if there are some visual difficulties, so trying to cover up my useless eye with sunglasses or similar was never going to work.

A letter of residence I think I needed from immigration, that was quick and easy for 200 baht.

Not recently,  but when my international was expiring  I went to immigration,  they wrote a letter, I went watched the 30 min video, took silly reaction test, and got a two year license,  at the DLT in Roi Et. You have a residence there?  Should be easy
