correct Posted June 13, 2007 Share Posted June 13, 2007 In the early hours of Wednesday morning police and Sawang Boriboon Rescue workers were called to a fatal motorbike accident that had taken place in Soi Wat Boon in Jomtien. The victim, who was not wearing a helmet, had been riding at some speed along the dark stretch of road when, according to witnesses, he swerved to avoid a stray dog wandering in the middle of the road. He lost control of his machine and crashed head first into a concrete retaining wall and died instantly. The victim was not carrying any ID, only 2,000 baht in cash and a lottery ticket.
