Cheer up mate. Things could be a lot worse. You could be living in Ukraine. People there have far worse problems, and not of their own making.

Seek out Mr. In-Between

You probably have depression. I have been sleeping more than I should too as it has become my default position... though I am older than you and comfortably retired.

But, the world does not look like a pleasant place lately... so, maybe temper your realism w/some fantasy.

Chelation therapy is a treatment primarily used for metal poisoning, but it is also an alternative treatment option for other conditions. It's based on the process of chelation, in which chemicals are used to remove heavy metals and other substances from the body.

Join a gym if you can.

I'm 68 years-old and work out twice a week, although you wouldn't know it to look at me! I must admit that I do not enjoy it at all, but when I've finished I feel fantastic and positive - not the "endorphin rush" that the gym bunnies and ripped guys talk about, but just a positive smug satisfaction that I've done something good for my body which will be beneficial as I get even older.

Apart from that, I recommend a reasonable intake of beer and a constant variety of younger sexual partners - but not at the same time!

I tried that. Blood test ok. Told to take berocca and walk.

AFAIK blood tests do not detect depression, bipolar disorder, or chronic fatigue syndrome.

You need to delve deeper with the medicos to find the root cause of your problem. Neurologists, internists. Psychiatric consults may also be indicated.

The chemicals used do have some serious side effects, it must be done under competent

medical supervision.
