This medication is no longer available in the US due to interactions with a few specific drugs. I have not tried to buy it in Thailand. I was wondering if it was still available in Thailand. It has been removed from the market in most countries where it was originally available. Not because of drug interactions but because it caused dangerous cardiac arrythmias in some people. Its use has been superseded by the drug fexofanadine which is closely related chemically (in fact, terfenadine metabolizes to fexofanadine) and equally effective without the cardiotoxic effects.
