robblok Posted March 22, 2022 Share Posted March 22, 2022 That is something i would never be able to do fasting. Maybe if I don't exercise but i doubt it. Whatever works for you works. Do you normally only go on diets / fasts when you need to lose weight or do you make permanent changes to your diet ? Do you exercise in some way ?
