Thai Rath reported that Thai superstar rocker Seksan Sukphimai - universally known as Sek Loso - would be appearing at the Minburi court today from 9 am.

 

It is the latest hearing in a long running case after the musician was charged with resisting arrest with an automatic weapon and use of crystal meth. 

 

Sak has made representations to the court about various reviews of the law in relation to his case.

I thought he had already done his time and was released? or was he released on bail to appeal the conviction....Thailands courts confuse the feces out of me, only in Thailand can you be convicted, sentenced and then be let out while you appeal to a higher court.....

    End of the line is that he made beautiful music which we can enjoy listening to.
