Iran checkmates Trump?

Featured Replies

To any reasonable person who has a significant level of objectivity, it would appear that Iran has beaten Trump at every turn during this ill-advised war of choice.

Iran’s state broadcaster published the statement by the council’s secretary, Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr, who is also a commander in the powerful Revolutionary Guard.

The U.S. must never threaten Iran again, the statement said, and must permanently end the war with Iran and its armed allies in the region. The U.S. must lift the naval blockade of Iranian ports and withdraw its military from the area. It also must “completely compensate” Iran for war damage, lift sanctions and “unconditionally” release frozen assets.

Let us count the ways that he fouled up this mission.

  1. There was very little planning that went into this thing which is quite obvious by the fact that the carriers that have as many as 5,000 soldiers are running out of toothpaste, toilet paper, the toilets are overflowing, and the food rations are getting slimmer by the day.

  2. Munitions are running low and these are the types of armaments that are extremely costly and required for other potential conflicts around the world. Some estimate it could take years to replenish the stocks.

  3. The Strait of Hormuz was wide open before this conflict and though I disagree, many would argue that the economy was doing fairly well.

  4. Trump ran his campaign and incessantly talked about inflation and the need to bring prices down, and yet between his tariffs and this silly war inflation is raging in America right now, despite the fake government numbers.

  5. Trump and his minions have caused untold instability around the world, have been responsible for the loss of millions of jobs worldwide, have created economic hardship for hundreds upon hundreds of millions of people, and what has actually been accomplished?

  6. What is the end game, is there an endgame, and will the end game put America in a significantly weaker position than it was in January?

  7. Why did Trump think that Little Pete would be adequate as SEC DEF? I doubt if he had the qualifications to run a county chapter of the Boy Scouts, and my guess is that he's disliked and disrespected at every level of the Armed Forces.

  8. Will Don choose an off-ramp to this fiasco that makes America considerably weaker, and diminishes its influence and position throughout the world for decades to come? How many concessions will Iran be able to wrestle out of America at this point?

  9. No war has ever been won since World War I without boots on the ground. Did Don and his advisors even consider this for a nanosecond, or did the chest thumping, arrogance, and hubris get in the way of making any rational decisions?

  10. Donald Trump how to make America not great and alienate allies while cuddling dictators.

  11. Will this cause a tremendous loss of power for the GOP, and considerable gains for the Democratic Party in the midterms?

Not surprised it turned out this way after all what would you expect from someone who thinks in terms of a news cycle going against the cradle civilization……dangerous times indeed!!

It also must “completely compensate” Iran for war damage

You checked into the Hotel California Iraq Iran

"You can checkout any time you like but you can never leave"

And you signed an MOU.

There's been some damages.

You need to pay for.

Before we can give you back your luggage* 😂
