Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited has announced that the airline now offers VTL (Vaccinated Travel Lane) flights from Samui to Singapore, to facilitate passengers who are fully vaccinated with no quarantine upon arrival in Singapore.

 

Currently, Bangkok Airways offers 3 VTL flights per week (Monday, Thursday, and Sunday) from Samui to Singapore and frequency will be increased to a daily service from 1 July 2022 onwards. Fully vaccinated arrivals from Singapore to Thailand, both Thai nationals and foreign travelers, may enter the Kingdom by presenting a compliant COVID-19 test result, registering on the Thailand Pass system (at least 7 days prior to departure) and uploading required travel documentation to https://tp.consular.go.th

But I thought that PCR tests were no longer required from 1st April?

Already Thailand advertises no quarantine.

there is nothing on Thailand Pass website to register for VTL.
