 Not even sure if it is possible, has anyone ever applied for subject to the US Embassy here in Thailand for their Maid/Nanny to go on a trip to the USA? Appreciate any advise-Thanks in Advance. 

You really need to ask the US Embassy what their requirements are for domestic staff visas. These are likely to include: - a minimum age (for the UK it's 19) - evidence of existing employment for a minimum period (UK = 1 year) - evidence of salary or employer contributions. I don't know what additional criteria they would impose for US nationals as opposed to employers of other nationalities just visiting the US.
