According to Pol. Lt. Col. Wuttikarn Plongrong, Deputy Police Commissioner of Pattaya City Police, the venue had broken three main orders currently in place.

Those three violations were selling alcohol without permission, opening an entertainment venue illegally, and breaking Chonburi Communicable Disease Control orders around social distancing and other Covid-19 rules.

Run it legal/illegal Thai style... you know how it rolls here.

Cut out certain people you'll get done.

Looks more like a pool hall than a restaurant!

Look again...they have green tablecloths......LOL

I always find it interesting to read comments supporting the breaking of the law. Perhaps that's why those people are here, as they enjoy the freedom to do so.

that's precisely the reason I chose to retire in Thailand. I try and break as many laws as I can just to annoy the moralists on here ????

And possibly broke the fourth and only important order.  "Kick backs to the police will be paid on time with automatic incremental increases based on attendance figures"

Surely it would be better to have people 'socialising' all spread out and at different times.

By limiting peoples time out, you actually increase public densities which would accelerate any bug or virus that is going round?
