Thailand's DPM and public health minister Anutin Charnvirakul came out all guns blazing as he denied a cover-up.

The society of rural doctors had complained of a shortage in the supply of favipiravir.

Anutin launched into self protection and ministry protection mode to say there was no such shortage, reported Thai Rath.

The doctors need to get on with ordering the drug and administer it.

And he said in no uncertain terms that if the press or the public want the right information there is only one way to get it - from him!

"Read my lips" he says, while wearing a mask for once, so you can't see them.

''Narcissists are consumed with maintaining a shallow false self to others. They're emotionally crippled souls that are addicted to attention. Because of this they use a multitude of games, in order to receive adoration. Sadly, they are the most ungodly of God's creations because they don't show remorse for their actions, take steps to make amends or have empathy for others. They are morally bankrupt.”

Reminds me of the old gag. How do you know if a politician is lying? His lips are moving.

When his lips move all trust from me goes out of the window.

You could possibly trust the health ministry but not the health minister. There are many nice knowledgeable people in the health ministry it is just a shame that they have to put up with this bozo the clown as their minister.

And the son of a builder got into self-defence.
Soon, all rural Dr's will be send to a discipline camp.

This clown is a politician in name only, a health minister?? His only degree is in engineering.

But you have an unelected (well elected by other generals) PM whose only "degree's" came from a Military Academy, and yet he is running the country! No wonder Thailand is known as a Banana Republic.

I'm withholding my trust until cannabis is 100% legal in all circumstances before I believe. One promise at a time dude, that ain't much to ask, and I'm still waiting on your first promise from 5 years back!
