puchooay Posted April 3, 2022 Share Posted April 3, 2022 @stevenhb Are you looking to get a new visa or are you actually looking to extend your permission to stay? I ask as the rules will be different. My guess is you are looking to go to your local immigration office to extend your stay here in Thailand by way of being a parent of a child with Thai citizenship, I guess you have done this before so I would imagine you know the documents required. However, one thing that is often missed, even by immigration officials, is there is no requirement to season the funds for such an extension.
