Labun, 41, was the deceased and a light stand at roadworks had been damaged and fallen on him. A witness said they heard the noise of a motorcycle hitting the road and saw two men on the ground and the bike on its side. Police suspect that the rider was scared to face up to what had happened. They are seeking him, reported Daily News.
