Crime Suppression Division police went to a restaurant in Bang Khen district of northern Bangkok where they arrested a man for attempted murder.

 

Anucha, 56, had been on the run since 2003 when he allegedly shot someone in the head and fled, reported Thai Rath.

Earlier this month police found out he was in the area and served the warrant for attempted murder. 

 

The suspect denied everything.

So would I. Barrister would just claim loss of memory of witnesses after 20 years of police incompetence  and ask case dismissed
