Jomtien. Sign is up now. They are at the beach end of the soi.

Frazers is excellent.  large portion of eggs, sausage plus bacon, hash browns, baked beans, toast, roasted tomatoes and mushrooms.  Served with tea or coffee 190 baht.

Try the boathouse or surf kitchen for a decent breakfast and good coffee. The boat house offers beans as well as real sausages rather than hot dogs. But the staff at surf kitchen are very nice. 

 

These places are right on the beach front. Surf kitchen is just by soi 5.
